  • Ticket prices will be announced when ticket sales go live

  • You may submit one Waitlist order for up to 8 tickets, and all tickets will be seated together.

    Please note: Do not order more tickets than the stated limit allows. If you do, we will cancel one or all of your orders. This may include orders made using the same email address, billing address, credit card number, and/or other related details.

  • Tickets are exclusively available via www.yefrance.com and www.orangevelodrome.com

    We strongly advise against purchasing tickets through unofficial resale platforms. Tickets go on general sale Friday 13 March at 9am CEST.

  • If you’re successful in securing tickets through the Official YE Ticket Waitlist, you’ll receive an order confirmation, which will detail when you can expect to access/receive your official tickets.

  • No, we can scan the tickets off your phone. Just make sure to put your screen on full brightness, and we’ll be able to scan your tickets.

  • Yes, you’ll be able to transfer each individual ticket to the intended recipient so you and your friends can enter separately. You may be asked for ID on the event date and the name on the ticket should match the ID. This is to prevent unofficial resale and fraud.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • Exact timings (doors open / show start) will be announced closer to the event via www.yefrance.com and by email to ticket holders.

  • •⁠ ⁠Minimum Age: The minimum age for admission to the concert is 10 years old.

    •⁠ ⁠Supervision: Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

    •⁠ ⁠Unaccompanied: Attendees aged 16 and older are permitted to attend without an accompanying adult.

  • Bag restrictions may apply. Large bags and backpacks are generally not allowed. Please check the venue’s house rules in advance.

  • Yes, if concerts sell out, a Sold Out Waitlist option may open. Registration for the Waiting list will take place via ticket link.

  • In case of postponement or cancellation, ticket holders will be informed by email with further instructions.

TIXR WAITLIST FAQs

  • It’s a temporary pre-authorisation. You won’t be charged unless your tickets become available and your order is fulfilled. Make sure you have enough funds in your bank account or you will not get tickets.

  • No. If there isn’t enough available inventory to fulfil your entire order, you won’t be charged.

    You’ll only be charged if your full order (for example, 2 tickets) can be fulfilled.

  • Your order will not be fulfilled. You will receive a cancellation email from Tixr to let you know your payment didn't go through.

  • Yes. Tixr and our payment processors only store the last four digits of your card for identification. All payment information is encrypted and protected.

  • Update your payment method as soon as you receive a new card. You can change your card information at any time from the Manage Waitlist Order screen as long as your Waitlist order is still active. You will need to log into your Tixr account to do this.

  • No. Once you've joined a waitlist, the ticket catrgory and quantity are locked. If you want different tickets, you need to cancel your current Waitlist order and join again with your preferred selection.

  • Yes. The same steps apply whether you're using the Tixr mobile app or website. Log in, go to your Wallet, select the event, and click Manage Waitlist Order.

    NOTE: You cannot amend the order itself, but you can take yourself off the Waitlist.

    Multiple orders will be cancelled

  • No. Once your order has been fulfilled, orders cannot be cancelled and the sale is final.
